All products are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase unless stated differently on description listing.

All returns and refunds processed must include a Return Authorization Number.

A return authorization number will be provided by our returns department when a product is not satisfactory according to the product’s guarantee as stated in the product’s description.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for purchase. All refunds will be finalized within 7 days of the authorized return.
Supply Product Exchange
Any supply product that does not perform as advertised or does not fit your equipment may be exchanged for the correct supply product. No additional charge or refund if replacement is within 10% of the original product price.
All returns must be in resalable condition. Inner packaging if any must remain unopened and free of any markings, labels, etc.
Office Equipment Exchange
Any machine purchased that does not perform as advertised can be exchanged or returned. Most Office Equipment machines have extended warranties as listed on the product description. If the machine does not meet your needs we can find an exchange replacement or repair.
