When can I expect my order?

Most orders taken before 2pm (CST) ship the same business day. Most orders taken after 2pm (CST) ship the same or next business day. You should expect to see your order within 1 week, although most orders arrive within 3 days, shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Orders placed with alternate shipping preferences such as "Next Day Air", should be expected accordingly.
We pack and ship items Monday through Friday 8am (CST) through 4:30pm (CST) only. Orders placed over the weekend and after business hours will be handled the next business day.


I don't see my supply item on your web site. Does this mean I'm out of luck?

Not at all.
We are constantly receiving ribbons, toner and other supply items, and we don't always get them entered into our system in a timely manner. If you do not see a supply item for your particular machine, please email us at sales@AroundTheOffice.com or call 1-800-816-6855 and speak to a representative who can help you find the ribbon, ink roll, printwheel, or other supply item you need.
If you can't find it, odds are we either have it or can get it.


Are you an internet-only company?

No..
Our company, EBS: Execuline Business Systems, is located at 3021 Merriam Lane, Kansas City, Kansas, 66106. We have been in the typewriter service and supply industry for the better part of 30 years now. We have serviced and supplied to cash registers for the better part of 15 years.


Do you sell new IBM Wheelwriter Typewriters?

No.
Unfortunately, IBM no longer manufactures typewriters. All of the IBM Wheelwriters we sell are fully reconditioned and come with our "Better that New Machine Warranty," which includes a 2 week trial period and a full 90 day parts and labor warranty.


Will you take my old IBM Wheelwriter as a trade-in?

Yes.
You can trade in your IBM Wheelwriter typewriter, regardless of model or condition, towards the purchase of a reconditioned IBM Wheelwriter typewriter. Call us at 1-800-816-6855 to arrange the purchase of a reconditioned IBM Wheelwriter typewriter with trade in.


Do you repair typewriters?

Yes.

What if I have a problem with my supply order?

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your supplies in a timely manner and that they are the correct supply items for your particular machine. Please note that supply items ordered for an incorrect make or model can impose a 20% restocking fee.
